Would you like to know my secret to how I grew my hair really long?
These are my ultimate tips to growing your hair strong, healthy, long and shiny in 1year. Yes Girls 1 year!!! :)
1.Keep your hair natural without blow drying or flat iron for a whole year.
2.Eat protein – One of the best tips to growing hair fast is protein. Like Fish, Chicken, Spinach, Milk, and Whole Grain. Go for foods high in Vitamin A, B, C, E and Iron, Magnesium, Selenium.
3. Drink lots of Water- Being hydrated is very important for hair growth.
4.Don’t cut your hair!
5. Let your hair dry naturally
6. Wash your hair every 4 days at least NOT Daily!
7.Use a Nourishing/Hydrating Deep Conditioner and leave it for at least 10 to 20 minutes
8. Use Hair products Sulfate and Silicone Free.
9. Take natural dietary supplements that are specifically targeted to Hair, Skin & Nails, that has Biotin in it!
10. Make an Egg Mask! Eggs are packed with protein awesome for hair growth. Do this 2 times a month.
